1. Important Travel Information

Passports & Visas

  • Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry.

  • Most East African countries require a visa—apply online or upon arrival.

  • Consider the East Africa Tourist Visa (valid for Kenya, Uganda, and Rwanda).

Health & Vaccinations

  • Yellow Fever Certificate is required for most travelers.

  • Recommended vaccines: Typhoid, Hepatitis A & B, Tetanus.

7. Booking Terms and Conditions

Reservation & Payments

  • 30% deposit required at booking

  • Balance due 30 days before safari start date

Cancellations

  • More than 60 days: 90% refund

  • 30–59 days: 50% refund

  • Less than 30 days: No refund (unless agreed)

Amendments

  • Subject to availability and may incur extra cost

Inclusions

  • Transport, park fees, accommodation, game drives, bottled water

Exclusions

  • Flights (unless included), personal insurance, tips, drinks, visa fees

Children Policy

  • Discounts may apply for children under 12 years

  • Children under 3 years: Usually free (lap-held)
